Peugeot 307 CD radio build

I have Peugeot 307 HDI, 2002 y. It's pretty nice, but it doesn't have CD radio, but fckin standard radio. I decided to change it with original CD radio for 307, but does it mean that I should change program for board computer? Also, the control panel for radio, under steering wheel, will it lose its function or whatever ?

What should I do ? Very Happy
