Advices on 306 2.0 HDI

I’m about to buy a used 306 2.0 HDI, estate car, year 2001. Is there anything I should specifically look for? I do not know these cars, and any “buying advices” is highly appreciated. Very Happy The car looks really good and has only 73.000 km (around 45.000 miles) on the clock.
